Cancellation Policy

At COLDHAWAIIWATERSPORT.DK we strive to offer our customers the highest level of service. We understand that there may be situations where you have to cancel or change your booking. That is why we have implemented the following cancellation and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.2 Cancellation requests:

  • All requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to our email address [h@westbank.dk] (mailto: h@westbank.dk).

  • The date of receipt of the email will be considered as the cancellation date.

1.2. Change of booking date:

  • You can change your booking date, provided that the change request is sent no later than 7 days before the original date.

  • Change of date is subject to availability on the new date and may be subject to additional fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation 7 days before the scheduled date:

  • If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the scheduled date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid for the services.

  • For a full refund, a processing fee of DKK 200 will be deducted. This covers fees to our payment provider as well as administration.

2.2. Cancellation 3-6 days before the scheduled date:

  • If you cancel your reservation 3-6 days before the scheduled date, we will refund 50% of the amount paid for the services.

2.3. Cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled date:

  • If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before the scheduled date, there will be no refund.

2.4. Processing of refund:

  • The refund will always be refunded exactly in the way you paid. Transfers to other accounts or credit cards are not permitted for security reasons.

  • It will take about 5 working days to process the transaction when you receive a refund from us.

2.5. No refunds for “no shows”:

  • No refunds are provided for “no shows”. This applies to illness, accidents, family deaths, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other cause that prevents you from reaching Cold Hawaii Watersport on the day of your check-in.

3.1. Weather conditions:

  • In case of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that make the implementation of the event impossible or dangerous, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

  • In such cases, we offer an alternative date or full refund.

3.2. Force majeure:

  • In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure), we also offer to move the date or refund the money.

4. Gift cards

4.1. Cancellation and Refund:

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards can be used within one year from the date of purchase.
